We utilise a state of the art 24 Hour Control room, located in the city of Adelaide to monitor any alarm events that may arise from our monitored alarm clients., the control room holds an ASIAL Grade 1A accreditation.
It is staffed by fully trained Operators, and overseen by duty supervisors, trained to respond to any situation that may arise.
The control room is self sufficient, incorporating backup Generators and Phone systems in the event of an external failure.
It is also one of the only Alarm monitoring companies in Australia able to offer a non redundancy policy.
There is currently 9 other control rooms in the chain linked geographically throughout Australia. All 9 control rooms hold an ASIAL Grade 1A rating.
In the event of an overflow in alarm traffic or a natural disaster, the flow will be switched seamlessly to one of the other control rooms.
You and your alarm system would never even know if you had been answered by one of the interstate control rooms, it's that seamless.
If need be we can also monitor the open/close times of your premises, and notify you if the alarm is not switched on at night.
Staff access reports can also be supplied to you weekly via Post or E-mail if you so require.
